Customizable Implant Abutments
The use of abutments for cementable implant supported
restorations has evolved from a castable custom abutment
to CAD/CAM fabricated abutments. With each of the
improvement in design and fabrication, techniques have
become more refined. This presentation will review the
history of custom abutments and provide a overview of the
clinical and technical aspects utilizing custom abutments
for the general Implant practicioner.

To review the use of customizable abutment for cement
retained
implant-supported restorations.
