The Canadian Academy of Restorative
Dentistry and Prosthodontics (CARDP) was formed in 1992 via
amalgamation of two previously existing groups; The Canadian Academy
of Prosthodontics (CAP) and The Canadian Academy of Restorative
Dentistry (CARD). CARDP is a not-for-profit, member-based
organization dedicated to the advancement of the art and science of
restorative and prosthetic dentistry.
