Yaletown district in the fall of 1997. Barbara-Jo
McIntosh, an award-winning food professional with
over 25 years experience in the food and hospitality
industry envisioned an epicurean’s delight,
where food lovers and cooks of all abilities would
find inspiration.This will
be held at this unique bookstore that has a fully
appointed kitchen. We will be treated to
demonstrations and to food sampling from a
pre-selected cookbook featuring a local Vancouver
Chef. The price includes take home cookbook
(pre-selected), demonstration class and a light
lunch served throughout the event.

Join the Group for a Cultural Experience of
Traditional Indian Foods and Entertainment. We will
dine at the Stanley Park Pavilion, surrounded by
Stanley Park’s magnificent Rose Gardens, providing
an enchanting atmosphere and this unparalleled gem,
in the centre of Vancouver’s crown jewel. The
Stanley Park Pavilion is situated amidst the
picturesque Rose Gardens in the lush Stanley Park
rainforest, less than five minutes from downtown
Vancouver. We will be transported to and from this
